Abstract Submission Process

Complete the four steps below in sequence to finish your abstract submission smoothly.

  1. Sign In and Open the Submission Form

    If you already have an account, sign in. If not, complete sign-up first, then sign in to begin abstract submission.

  2. Enter Required Abstract Information

    Enter the presentation category, title, and author/affiliation details, then complete the structured abstract body.

  3. Final Review and Submit

    Check author details and text for final errors, submit, and confirm receipt via the submission confirmation email.

  4. Check Submission Status in My Page

    In My Page, track submission status, revision availability, and the final acceptance result.

Important Policies

  • Language

    All abstracts must be written in English.

  • Presenting Author

    The presenter must be listed as an author and must present the accepted work onsite.

  • Registration Requirement

    Accepted presenters must complete registration and payment by the registration deadline.

  • Revision/Withdrawal

    Edits and withdrawals are allowed until the submission deadline. After acceptance notice, no further changes are permitted.

Formatting Requirements

  • Title

    Up to 25 words. Use sentence case and avoid abbreviations in the title whenever possible.

  • Body Text

    Maximum 300 words, excluding title, authors, and affiliations.

  • Structure

    Use the following sections: Background/Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.

  • Figures or Tables

    Up to 2 files may be uploaded. Each file should be 500 KB or less (JPG, PNG, or PDF).

  • Authors

    Up to 15 authors can be listed. Confirm all authors and affiliations before submission.
