International delegates: the fee is determined by the date your payment is received. Pay before 2026-06-30 23:59 KST (UTC+09:00) to qualify for the early-bird rate. Group registration (10+ people) is a flat USD 100 per person regardless of the early-bird window.

Registration Guidelines & Important Information
- Online registration is mandatory for event participation. If you are unable to complete the online registration, please contact the secretariat via email at office@ksuog.or.kr.
- Online registration can be completed without immediate payment; however, full payment must be made before 2026-10-06 23:59 KST (UTC+09:00).
- The early bird registration period is until June 30, 2026. To receive the early bird benefits, registration must be completed within this period.
- You can check your payment status on the "My Page" section.
- Your registration category is determined by your member profile (Type of Registration). To change it, update your profile in My Page.
Registration Confirmation
- A confirmation email will be sent immediately after completing online registration.
- The official confirmation letter will be sent by email once full payment has been received.
- Registrations without full payment will not be considered valid until payment is completed.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the secretariat via email at office@ksuog.or.kr.
The refund policy is as follows (all dates in KST, UTC+09:00):
- Cancellation by 2026-10-06 23:59 KST (UTC+09:00): 100% refund (service fees may apply)
- Cancellation after 2026-10-06 23:59 KST (UTC+09:00): No refund
